Product Information
The ready-to-use base carts from item save you a lot of time and effort on developing customised intralogistics solutions with driverless transport systems. The work platforms have been optimised for use with the mobile robot MiR250 Shelf Carrier, factoring in specifications such as sensor technology, dimensions and docking mechanisms. That means you can focus entirely on designing the value-adding picking and rack solutions for your project.
The item Building Kit System ensures your bespoke top modules can be mounted on the base carts with ease.
For typical transport jobs like moving Euro pallets or mesh boxes stacking guides and elastic cover profiles are included.
The robust centring aids compensate for slight misalignments and keep the goods on the base cart. Rubberized cover profiles increase static friction and prevent slipping when starting and braking.
You can order this base cart fully assembled in the selected basic configuration and use it with your mobile robot. Or you can use the item Engineering Tool to design a customized top module for your application.
Preconfigured top modules can be found in the item Online Shop in the category Sample Solutions Mobile Robotics.
The maximum load capacity of the base cart is dependent on the technical specifications of the MiR250 Shelf Carrier. It totals 300 kg.
Dimensions: 1205 x 805 x 424.5 mm.
Note: Depending on the scaling of the solution and the robot model, the tilting safety and load limits of the overall system must be checked.
- Dimensions: 1205 x 805 x 424.5 mm
- Max payload: 300 kg
